What’s included, as of Oct 2026
Every RiQ tier starts with a hire website on your own domain, with your own branding and online booking, so there’s no website builder to add on. Here’s plainly what each tier includes and what’s a bolt-on. RiQ (pronounced “Rick”) is fully cloud-based, with nothing to install.

Tier 1
For one-man bands
A hire website with online booking that you run yourself. Customers book and pay online; you take it from there.
Tier 2
For firms who just want the site
You get the website; National Tool Hire manages the booking side for you, so enquiries and bookings are handled without you running the system day to day.
Tier 3
For hire businesses running everything in RiQ
The whole RiQ platform, run by your team, with invoicing and WhatsApp as bolt-ons when you need them.
With some rental software the website builder is a paid add-on: Booqable’s pricing page lists its website builder as a monthly add-on on every plan, as of Oct 2026. With RiQ, the hire website is Tier 1 itself, and Tiers 2 and 3 build on it.
RiQ has bolt-ons, and we’d rather say so up front. On Tier 3, invoicing and WhatsApp are bolt-ons, and the Apps page lists the other bolt-on apps. Ask us which ones you’d need before you choose a tier.
If you just want the site, Tier 2 gives you the website and National Tool Hire manages the booking side for you, so there’s no booking system for you to learn or run.
The complaint we read most often in public reviews of rental software this year was add-on creep: features people expected as standard turning out to be extras, and cheaper plans capped on users. So this page says what’s in each tier, and what isn’t.
